KONEX provides an online marketplace for:

  • Selling used iPhones for fair market value
  • Professional iPhone repair services
  • Device certification and quality assurance

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our platform, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent

4. Purchasing Terms

When purchasing from KONEX:

  • All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes
  • Payment must be completed before shipment
  • All devices come with a 12-month warranty
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Devices must be returned in original condition with all accessories

5. Selling Terms

When selling devices to KONEX:

  • You must be the legal owner of the device
  • Device must match the description provided during valuation
  • Payment will be processed after device inspection and approval
  • We reserve the right to adjust the offer price based on actual device condition
  • All personal data must be removed from the device before shipping

6. Repair Services

For repair services:

  • Repair quotes are estimates and may change after device inspection
  • We use genuine or high-quality replacement parts
  • Repairs include a 90-day warranty on parts and labor
  • We are not responsible for data loss during repair
  • Repair timeline is estimated and subject to part availability

7. Warranty and Returns

Our warranty policy:

  • Purchased devices include a 12-month limited warranty
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures
  • Warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after return approval

8. Limitation of Liability

KONEX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the KONEX platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of KONEX and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law
